Hefei Shihua Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. organized a provincial new product appraisal meeting on "UNS S32750 Super Dual Phase Steel Butt Welding Pipe Fittings" and "UNS N08825 Nickel-based Alloy Butt Welding Pipe Fittings" in Hefei on December 26, 2018. Jia Haomei, Chairman of Hefei Shihua Fittings, Hu Bin, Vice President of Quality of the Company, Zhang Yucheng, Deputy Director of R & D Center, and Xu Yunfeng, Deputy Manager of State Affairs Department, participated in the appraisal meeting on behalf of project R & D personnel.

The appraisal committee is composed of Cai Yongwu, director of Anhui Institute of Mechanical Science (professor-level senior engineer), Tao Shanhu, general manager of Anhui Hefei Automobile Forging Co., Ltd. (chairman of forging and pressing society, professor-level senior engineer), Qiu Shixun, Anhui Machinery Product Quality Supervision Station (professor-level senior engineer), Wang Zhengbin (senior engineer) of Maanshan Iron and Steel (Hefei) Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and Chen Jiupping (associate professor), the meeting was presided over by Director Cai Yongwu, and Li Wensheng (senior engineer), deputy general manager of Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd., participated in the meeting on behalf of the user units.

The review experts reviewed the product development report, research summary, new product economic and technical indicators, novelty search report and other relevant documents, listened to the opinions of manufacturing units and users, and fully affirmed the two provincial new products of our company. The appraisal opinions are as follows:

The UNS N08825 nickel-based alloy butt-welded pipe fittings adopt closed molding technology and multi-degree-of-freedom cutting technology to realize the forming of thick-walled high-pressure pipe fittings, which can meet the technical requirements of high-end UNS N08825 nickel-based alloy butt-welded pipe fittings for petrochemical hydrogenation units. The product has the characteristics of high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The product has obtained 1 authorized invention patent and 2 utility model patents, and the overall technical level has reached the domestic leading position.

UNS S32750 super dual phase steel butt welding pipe fittings are composed of elbows, elbows, tees and eccentric reducers. The manufacturing unit has studied and developed different types of pipe fittings, solved the technical problems of forming, welding, heat treatment, mechanical processing and metallographic structure control of UNS S32750 super dual phase steel butt welding pipe fittings, realized mass production, ensured product quality, improved production efficiency and met the technical requirements of high-end dual phase steel pipe fittings for coal chemical plants. The product has been authorized 1 invention patent, 1 utility model patent, 1 invention patent into the trial, the overall technical level reached the domestic leading.
