The company was founded in 1992. In 1994, after strict examination and acceptance by Sinopec's material loading company, it became one of the "resource market member factories" of Sinopec. In 1996, it was absorbed by Anhui Electric Power Company as a "fixed-point pipe fitting production plant" and was famous for producing high-pressure and non-standard difficult pipe fittings. In 2005, it was listed as "resource market member plant" by China National Petroleum Corporation, and in 2007, it was absorbed as "resource market member plant" by China National Offshore Oil Corporation ".

The company is located in the national Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 50000 square meters, of which the plant area is 20000 square meters.
