Features of intermediate frequency pipe bender:

1) This process can avoid the uneven wall thickness of the elbow caused by the tension and thinning of the convex edge of the pipe wall and the pressure thickening of the concave edge of the pipe wall when the traditional elbow process is formed.

2) Using this process, a small radius (R≈ D), thin-walled (t/D≈ 0.015)180 elbow with uniform wall thickness can be deduced, which cannot be achieved by other bending processes.

3) If the design of various process parameters is reasonable, the process can ensure that the thickness of the tube wall in each part of the bending process is always unchanged, that is, always equal to the thickness of the straight tube blank tube wall before deformation.

4) The process can be used to push out the same caliber of 45 °, 90 °, 180 ° and other bending angles on the same horn mandrel, and the production efficiency is high.
