On November 29-30, 2018, Sinopec EpiPak Platform appointed experts to evaluate the quality system of our company's EpiPak pipe fittings. According to the product quality evaluation method of Yipaike, this evaluation successfully completed the on-site examination of our company, mainly examining the basic qualifications of the enterprise (business license, financial status and tax qualification, quality management system certification, special equipment manufacturing license, etc.); Production guarantee capacity (production capacity, inspection and testing ability, process or technological innovation ability, quality assurance level, market competitiveness and service ability) and product testing, etc, there are two series of product verification, namely, high-pressure hydrogen pipe fittings and seamless pipe fittings of carbon steel and alloy steel.
During this period, the experts of the evaluation team conducted spot checks and verification on the production process and process execution of our company, including raw material management, warehousing management, stainless steel pipe fitting pushing temperature control, NDT process and RT negative spot checks, grinding treatment, etc., and discussed the quality management work such as grinding area management and sample preservation, and put forward constructive suggestions. The evaluation experts highly praised and affirmed the on-site management level of our enterprise and the construction of enterprise culture.
