3A credit rating certification (Credit rating certification (AAA Credit Rating) is under the guidance and support of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. It is based on the credit working office of the Ministry of Commerce and the State Council's SASAC Trade Association Office. Issued the "Notice on Announcement of the Fourth Batch of Industry Credit Evaluation Participation Lists". The China Association for Small and Medium Enterprises has set up the "China Small and Medium Enterprise Association Credit Management Center" to build a local enterprise credit service system to provide credit evaluations for companies, network operators, and governments ( Credit services such as rating, credit certification, credit report, and standard research and construction are among the most authoritative third-party credit service agencies in China.
